apparently the auto industry is out to get more federal assistance. i just watched this lady on the news say it's imperative that we save the auto industry and it's detrimental to our national security if we left it fail.

what do you think? is there another bailout for detroit around the corner? should we save the auto industry if it comes to that? what about all those jobs?

It goes alot of way for this
i think we shouldn't give them a loan THAT big yet until we know they are responsible with all of it , cause we all know they will just use the money to pay their debts

but it would effect the whole state of michigan and other states, of course, if the businesses closed
i live in michigan and the certain area i live a lot of "rich" people from the car companies come up to my town in the summer their money helps our economy a lot
and if the cars cease to exist we only have two type of car brands then selling in my town, both that arent the best for the harcore winter conditions
alot of the small stores would close too

it's literally a giant economy food chain
