Annoying White Area Options

You see that blank white area bellow my text and all?
Is there a way to get rid of the white area?

[I don't have a layout inserted..]

Yeah, you see here:

Try replacing the second line with this:

td.text table {margin-top:-110px;}

See if that removes the white space.
