don't you guys notice how in college settings, professor's don't assign seating charts. so why is it that students still sit in the same seat the next day they did from the 1st day of class. we are such territorial animals.

I rarely go to class anymore... But when I did, I try to sit in the same area, particularly became either I have bad eyesight or I just want to get out of the class as quickly as possible. My classes are all lecture halls (except my chem lab, but the lecture for it is a lecture hall), but I barely go to lecture so when I do, I'm always late and I end up sitting in random seats. Fortunately three of my lectures use overheads/powerpoints.
 Ack, you know what bothers me? When people put their bags on seats, especially in crowded lectures! It's not like they're even saving a seat for anyone! =_=" |

I mean there are more merciful ways of dying you know.. |
