I'm sorry if this is in the wrong section. I thought that this would be the section to put it in. I don't want to be too mean to this person I'm reviewing, but I just want to let her know what could make her site better.

I agree with both Gigi and Gabi completely. You should wait until you have more skill to start to criticize people at all.
You were not harsh enough, and in the end that will do more harm than good to there site. |
