I'm sorry if this is in the wrong section. I thought that this would be the section to put it in. I don't want to be too mean to this person I'm reviewing, but I just want to let her know what could make her site better.

Frankly I don't think you were harsh enough. That layout is unacceptably FUGLY. You critique her on the layout and blinding text and whatever, which are obviously problems, but you overlook that she uses those freaking pixel dolls on her page, and sparkly text. CARDINAL RULE OF WEB-DESIGN: For the love of god, do not use pixel dolls or sparkly text banners, god forbid BOTH AT ONCE.
There's more I could say but yeah. I don't know why people allow themselves to be reviewed when they're putting themselves up for utter embarrassment. QUOTE Don't be mean to me.
