Mega Layout Help, Please Help. :( Options

Ok I have this profile, but it is really just another myspace page I made so that I could display some art/photoshop in. Well, I thought that I would just copy the layout from my old page and put it on the display page, so I could keep all of the send message, add user links, etc. directing you to my main account. Well, something went wrong. Can anyone fix the ad (in IE it bunches up at the top) and the apps (they shows up behind the div tables). Thanks, it would be greatly appreciated. :D

As for the applications, I don't see anything underneath your layout so I wouldn't know how to help you but I added z-index properties that can possibly make it show. If it doesn't work, I don't know of a solution. Sorry.
