i want to try my hand at making animated gifs from clips of movies and things i have accumulated on my computer to use them on layouts. but i dont know what programs would be the easiest, cheapest, and more effective.
i would appreciate the advice thanks alot =3 |

i used jasc animation i havent had it in a while so i cant remember if its called jasc animation shop ... but thats the name of it
