Need help embedding with a div overlay, Project Playlist player Options

Alright so I've wasted a lot of time and effort into trying to figure out this little problem of mine, I've tried numerous different codes and variations of codes and such and still no luck.

All I want is my project playlist player to show up in the top-center of my div overlay (on myspace)
