 Okay, i want to make a really detailed banner like the example. The video shows the person doing it, but he sped it up, and its hard to translate that... Help? Oh and where can i find those textures he used? ( The textures with the red lights, etc.) BTW, i asked him how, but he never replied back. |

Those dots- it's called a Light Texture and they're just out of focused dots. You can find a boatload on DeviantArt.
And for that cube effect, after he did all of his editing and what not, it would seem that he merged it all together, duplicated the merge, did Filter>> Mosaic? I think that's the right filter. And he just erased the parts over his face. |
