need help showing friends and comments inside an already existing scroll box, need help adding the friends/comments section to existing scrollbox Options

hows it going folks, i am brand new here (to CB), but not brand new design and coding, but i am fairly new to MySpace Design with DIV's, i have been in the MySpace Design Game for a while check my work out... http://www.myspace.com/designsbyCharles or http://www.iamthaweb.com... but my question for you guys today is i am creating a new MySpace Page for a client and i cannot seem to get the friends and comments to echo out or to be viewed in the area that i want them to be view on...

Just like everybody else in this dilemma, i have search tons upon tons of sites and still nothing... I want to show friends and comments right under the friends and comments header in the scroll box... I think the main problem is that i already have a scroll box on the page and i don't need another one, all i want is the actual code to get friends and comments centered under the friends and comments header...

please help i'd be greatly appreciated...
