How do you make "tiled" Backgrounds? |

Just a simple repeating tile, about the size of an icon.
I have no idea how to do this, and i've been trying...and its been ending up horrible. So if you could help, that would be amazing. Thanks in advance |

There are a lot of seemless tiling background sites. Depending on the software you use, you can use a pattern feature, so that you don't have to try to draw them out.
