Yesterday at the market when I was lifting groceries out of the cart I noticed that I seem pretty random when selecting which foods are non-fat, which foods are low-fat and which I pick out with standard fat.

I think that after all these years, my choice ultimately goes with taste.

For example, I cannot deal with mayonnaise that isn't full fat. I'd rather limit the amount I put on a sandwich than to go low fat or ew, non fat with mayo.

I can't drink full milk, it has to be 1% but non-fat (skim) is just pushing it. I can tolerate low fat sour cream, but I will NOT use non-fat and I prefer full fat, using less. I won't even touch non-fat or low-fat cheese. Non-fat yogurt doesn't bother me at all, in fact, I prefer that over full fat or low fat versions. I always use non fat half/half for my coffee.

Any salad dressing that isn't vinegar based can't be non-fat but Italian types, I have no problems with non-fat.

What's cool, I think, is that I don't even think about these choices anymore when grocery shopping. lol

You can have all kinds of vegetables they are healthy than the fatty foods like meat & fish... you can have pasturised milk, butter milk than having curd, curd have lots of fat which you can put some weight...
