I can't stand straight edge kids.
It's cool if you don't want to do drugs, that's a great decision to make. if I'm with some people that I don't really know and we are doing drugs the straight edge kid will say something along the lines of "you know that's not pure, and I would never put anything that wasn't pure into my body, because I'm straight edge. You shouldn't put things that aren't pure into your body, not only is it bad for your body but it's bad for your soul....." in that im-better-than-you-because-I-choose-not-to-partake-in-drug-use voice. I can't stand that. Don't take drugs, don't have sex, don't drink, but don't think you can tell me how to live because you are straight edge. |
