what does this political cartoon meaaaann?
i know that the O stands for OBAMA.
People tell me that there's a message to it, but i don't know what.

Well that would be a line from our Declaration of Independence. The picture shows Obama walking up to the North facade of the White House.

I think what the picture is saying is that all men are created equal, and now that shows some truth that on Nov. 4 a black man, when usually it's a white man that wins presidency is elected the president. That our country holds no bias towards the black man, and still today, we hold the values of the Declaration of Independence.

no no no! you were close but you seriously missed the bullseye.
the declaration of independence was actually ratified on july 4, 1776; the cartoon is saying that that line was a total crock of shit up until this point. now the declaration has truly be ratified. for my own commentary: it's still a total crock of shit.

Took the words right out of my mouth.

That's why the top sentence from the Declaration of Independence is written in inky script. I thought this one was pretty obvious.
