dying my hair blue? |

My school colors are blue, black, and white and I wanted to dye my hair for graduation.
I have dark brown hair and I was thinking of blue streaks or something like this How long will this color stay? I've never done anything to my hair before, so I was going to get it professionally done, but I wasn't sure whether it's worth dying or just getting extensions. Help? |

go to the salon though. I like it. Just make it more subtle than that pic. DO two tones, instead of the top being blue, go for the bottom. |
