difficult situation, help! Options

fellow createbloggers, i am having a tough life at the moment. so there are three girls.i give them fake names. juliett, coconut and happy and girlfriend. there are FOUR GIRLS.
ever since i have girlfriend its been bad. well juliett says ive been changing and stuff and we had an arguement but we are good now. and after she unblocks me she says that i have even turned into worst. well juliett is kind because she tells me everything even though she unblocks me. and then there is coconut. coconut is like my ex, well kinda. not really, don't know what to say. but she liked this other guy and kinda left me. and then coconut had an arguement with that guy, and now she is single and she did like me, so i am thinking and it really seems, and someone might of told me that she likes me back. and i have to try to change back to what i was, because it is a bad change. and juliett told me i shouldn't of told coconut this "i wouldn't cheat on my girlfriend" yea, i was stupid. but it is too late now and now i think coconut is hurt and i can't say sorry, because juliett told me not to or it would hurt her, and i want to stay with my girlfriend because i like/love her a lot. and happy girl is just juliett and coconut good friends. happy girl was helping me, she is kind. and she help get juliett girl unblock me. this is almost like a fantasy. theres more, but i don't feel like sharing it.
