Can someone tell me all the CB Groups there are and list them from least importance to highest?

When an announcement like this:
http://www.createblog.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=180677 is posted, you can apply for whatever positions are open, in this case, design/people staff. You can apply for official member/designer/promoter here: http://www.createblog.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=177639 Sooner or later I want to try for design staff too
