You WANT the the grey/white squares right?
If you just save the transparency as is (say as a .GIF or .PNG or .TIF), you'll just literally have a bit of the image that's transparent. If you save it as a .JPG you'll have those bits replaced with white. If you want the squares you'll have to put them in yourself. Create a new layer behind the transparency layer and put the grey/white pattern there. |
