With my mom..., how do i tell her that i lost my cell phone... Options

AGAIN?! IT's like my 4th time...
1) washed in the laundry
2) forgotten in spring trip bus
3) broken at least 3 phones by dropping them too much...

I just got it in july... so I'm REALLY SCARED!!! IS there any possible way i can reget it by myself?! I have the money to pay for it... just that i dont know what to do for sim card... I'm a tmobile person if that makes any difference...

and thanks for calling me careless. I get that a lot. I guess I have too many things on my mind, Because currently, my mind is very jumbled by juggling band (since we're going to go to the rose parade, we've been practicing almost daily), jazz band, orchestra, the district orchestra, piano lessons, a pending diploma exam in april, pre-college blues, grades, family drama and daily insignificances... XD also, one more thing is that i've been eating less and wanting to sleep more ... but thats just because i'm too tired to eat and i just want to sleep, if i ever have the time XD

I must be really lucky, to always find anything i lose, including my backpack during 5th period (i left it out by mistake) and all those other lunch boxes and scarves that I keep on leaving in the bandroom XD (that band director knows my tendencies so whenever she finds my stuff, she puts it in her office ^ ^;;)
