Agreed. Can you imagine what would happen if that crazy bitch took over if McCain died? I think that was on a LOT of people's minds when they were considering who to vote for. Sarah Palin was absolutely detrimental to his campaign.

i mean i just never will understand what her point was. to energize the base? ok...but that's not who needed to be swayed in the first place. they needed to convince independents or people who could go either way. if those kind of people liked extremely conservative republicans like palin...they wouldn't be fucking independents in the first place.


people who say she did good for mccain, i just don't get. polls showed like 70% or something thought she was unqualified to be vice president. that speaks to what an awful decision it was imo. she gave him a bump in the polls for a week or two and then it was nothing but bad news basically. the mccain campaign made a long list of bad decisions but to me this was the worst one. i think we all know mccain himself probably wouldn't have really picked her on his own...if choosing a woman was a big deal, he could have chosen lots of other much more qualified republican women.
