I had an ***hole for a boyfriend 4 years ago that I went out with for 2 years. My best/boy friend and I met 4 years ago & became super good friends for 3 years, but my bf at the time said I had to stop talking to him. So I couldn't talk to him for a year. But I dumped the jerk a year ago and even though my best friend and I didn't talk for that whole year, the minute we saw each other again, it was like that never happened. We're just connected like that
 Long story short, now we're engaged
