I hope this is in the right spot. This is the only place I could think of posting this.

Anyway, I'm trying to make a website layout and terribly failing.

I have a link to my website in my signature.

Are there any websites that I can go to that will help me code a website layout from scratch?

I'm going to remake my whole layout.

Oh yea, Right now there's only text on my index page so please go here to see a layout that I'm trying to make.

Please Help! I have searched google, createblog, but not completly on yahoo.com's search.
