hey;)
im wondering how this person done this image on photoshop http://file045a.bebo.com/4/original/2008/1...9209191438o.jpg like on how they got the color and brightness and get the starbust that way without it looking stupid like how theyve blended it in well? please help! please explain and if you know where to get this sort if its something like gradiets if to send a link and just all |

While i have to admit that the colors are pretty neat, the version of her at the top looks soo much better than the two on the bottom try to mimic the one on top. rough pixeled text can be fixed by setting the anti aliasing on anything BUT none. |
