hey;)
im wondering how this person done this image on photoshop http://file045a.bebo.com/4/original/2008/1...9209191438o.jpg like on how they got the color and brightness and get the starbust that way without it looking stupid like how theyve blended it in well? please help! please explain and if you know where to get this sort if its something like gradiets if to send a link and just all |

K, seriously. Stop posting at how tacky the picture is. If they want to learn how to create it, then by god let him post and learn. Seriously. Chill.
For the color it mainly consists of color layers. Blobs of blues and purples set to color, as well as maybe some curves thrown in there. |
