hilary duff came out with a new video called Reach Out. i saw it, and it looks very madonna like, not really hilary's style. i think she looks better as a brunette anyways. lol here's the vid.

It kinda does look a little Britney ish. But I've always liked Hilary and the fact that she kept all her clothes on.
