Ok, so I just got my Papa Johns delivery, and I am looking over the receipt, when I come across something interesting. They charge you for them to deliver the pizza. Now I have no problem tipping people, but my question is this:
Should you HAVE to tip the driver if they are already giving him/her the delivery charge? |

I guess it would be kinda polite to tip them because afterall they did drive to deliver it.
However we never tipped our delivery men becuase they always gave our pizza an hour late and called twice saying that they were lost and dont know whuch way they are heading. |
