Anyways, what do you guys do to stay in shape? Or what does exercising constitute for you? Would it be something along the lines of taking the stairs instead of the elevator, running or even just getting up for the day?

To be serious, I powerlift four days a week and do boxing + Muay Thai an hour to two hours daily. Conditioning in the form of skipping rope, sprinting, and swimming is three days a week. And I usually go hiking on Sundays, but that's more for the fun of it than as a form of exercise.

Back when I was 14 I would weightlift with machines four hours a day, but I'm not quite as stupid as I was then.
