Anyways, what do you guys do to stay in shape? Or what does exercising constitute for you? Would it be something along the lines of taking the stairs instead of the elevator, running or even just getting up for the day?

SO SORE. Outrigger canoe, we paddled for 15 miles out...then I ran a mile afterward.

My back !

I eat more calories than I burn though, so exercising doesn't make me any skinnier..
