a week or so ago one night i was having a really hard time going to sleep. i tossed and turned forever and i was getting really frustrated. then i realized i had sweat pants on still, and i never sleep in pants. i took them off and fell asleep in like 2 minutes. if only i'd done that 3 hours before.
but yeah, i hate when i can't sleep. it makes me more and more pissed off the longer it takes. i usually fall asleep ok though unless it's hot. i can't sleep hardly if i'm not cold and under blankets. |
