Anyways, what do you guys do to stay in shape? Or what does exercising constitute for you? Would it be something along the lines of taking the stairs instead of the elevator, running or even just getting up for the day?

I havent done any excersize whatsoever since last spring with my schools tennis team.
Im so lazy, i should start doing some crunches though to get toned.
