This is the best free converter out there. It'll convert mp3's to almost any kind of audio file including wma, wav, different various sizes of mp3, ogg. They also have several other codecs you can download to convert other things like video and pictures. Check it out.

that's the goodness of it - it's free! and it can convert to and from any wav, mp3, wma, and realmedia - you just have to download the codecs off their site as well. and it's fast too! (except for rm)
