HMM, so i've been saving for MONTHS to buy a Canon Rebel Xti camera, and found an incredible deal on it, refurbished with the lenses and everything, for only $480 (topchoicedigital.com). For those who actually know how expensive DSLR cameras are, it was a good deal to me. So I ordered it last night, and got a call today saying I needed to buy a battery for it, cause the battery the camera comes with is a one time use battery. And I'm like WTF. So I canceled my order, and now I'm hoping it really canceled, cause online, I read so many reviews about how the whole website is a bait and switch scam.

To sum it it up :

1- they had HORRIBLE customer service. The people were rude and kept hanging up whenever I said I wanted to cancel my order

2- it's a bait and switch scam, meaning they show you something for a really cheap price, but then try to sell you an over priced accessory.

3- the reviews i read online made me scared, and i'm really hoping I get my money back.

So as a warning and if anyone has had any experience with this, do NOT buy from topchoicedigital. com.

well, i got scammed on ebay...for $180. The seller first have really good feedback, then all of the sudden, the negative feedbacks pour in.

I haven't heard anything from the seller since. I've been trying to contact ebay to see what they can do.

NO where is safe.
