Also, note I don't know any of the 3rd party cantidates so don't complain to me about that >_<

Living in the South, it's really hard to believe that Obama is leading in the polls. Not this poll, of course, but the real ones. Not that it's a very good sample of the general population here, but I've heard a horrifically large amount of blatantly racist or otherwise bigoted comments lately and I'm concerned.

It might sound horrible, but one of the reasons I want Obama to win is so that raciest America will get pissed. Shows hoe politically involved I am. =/

That's stupid. Pissed off racists do dumb/hate driven things.

This election won't change shit for them, they're raised that way and just because a black man leads their country, that's not going to make them all of a sudden change their views they've held constant for decades and decades. It'll pass with time, but right now the older generation (which has one of the highest voter turnouts) will not vote for Obama because he's black.
