Is Sport an Art? Options

We were having a debate about this in our Writing class earlier. Half of the class was split on this. Some say it is an art, some say it isn't. Opinions?

Wiki Definition - Art: is the process or product of deliberately and creativity arranging elements in a way that appeals to the senses or emotions, especially beauty.

Have you seen Ronaldinho? Have you seen Barry Sanders? When you watch them, you can't say its not art. Their finesse is so... beautiful.

Watch Joga Bonito videos on youtube, come back and tell me that your senses and emotions didn't find it appealing. Don't lie to yourself =]
