I was wondering if any of you are on weight watchers? I just started... its such a nice program. You can eat whatever you want, but everything you eat has a point value.
Like an apple is 1 point and your allowed a certain amount of points a day(26 for me). And then you are allowed 36 extra points a week to use on whatever you like. Like a small dairy queen blizzard is 20 points. lol. So, anyone on it? I need to know what else I can eat... Ive only been on it for 1 week and 1 day now and I didnt stick to it the first week. |
