CSS is something like this, you look for that part where it says hover

CODEBOX: -> right click -> copy/paste

<style type="text/css"> /*Tare_panda*/ /* by Kim (xanga.com/HerBrokenHeart ) */ /* http://createblog.com */ body {  background-color: #FFCDD2;  scrollbar-arrow-color: #FFCDD2;  scrollbar-track-color: #FFCDD2;  scrollbar-shadow-color: #FFCDD2;  scrollbar-face-color: #FFCDD2;  scrollbar-highlight-color: #FFCDD2;  scrollbar-darkshadow-color: #FFCDD2;  scrollbar-3dlight-color: #FFCDD2;  } div.blogheader, .caption { background-image: url(); background-repeat:no-repeat; background-position:center; font-family: georgia; text-transform:none; font-size:18px; line-height:25px; font-weight:normal; color:#BD6A72; letter-spacing:2px; background-color:#FAE1E3; text-align:center; border-right:1px solid #BD6A72; border-left:1px solid #BD6A72; border-top:1px solid #BD6A72; border-bottom:none; } .blogbody b, .standard b, p b, strong { /* edits bolded text in your entry */  font-weight: bold;  color: #BD6A72;  } input, select, textarea, iframe.htmleditor, .textfield, .button { /* this edits the buttons, dropdowns, etc. */ border: 1px solid #ffffff; font:normal 12px trebuchet ms; background-color: ffffff; font-color:#BD6A72;        } table.navigation, table.footer {display: none;} table.footer TD { /* this makes the footer at the bottom centered */ /* leave it alone unless you know what to do*/  text-align: center;  } table.left th { /* on your menu module, this edits the title part of it */ /* like BLOGRINGS, POSTING CALENDAR, etc */  background-image: url();  background-color:none;  color: #000000;  font: bold 10pt trebuchet ms;  text-transform: none;  text-align:center; border-bottom: #000000 1px solid; border-top: none; border-right: none; border-left: none;} table.left { /* this edits the menu module */ width:180px; color:000000; background-color:ffffff; BORDER-RIGHT: #000000 1px solid; BORDER-TOP: none; BORDER-LEFT: #000000 1px solid; BORDER-BOTTOM: #000000 1px solid } font,td,p,xmp{color:#BD6A72; font-face: trebuchet ms; font-weight:normal; font-size:9pt; line-height:10pt; text-align:justify;} .#rblEprops{display:none;} #pnlEnabled table, #htmleditor, #lblTimeZone, #pnlEprops, #rblEprops /* width of the comment page I suggest miking it the same width as the blogbody*/ {width: 400px; } table.blogbody tr td { /* this edits the left margin of blog */  width:0px;  padding-left: 0px;  } table.blogbody { /* this edits the other the place where the  blog is */ background-color:transparent; family-font: trebuchet ms; BORDER-RIGHT: #BD6A72 1px solid; BORDER-TOP: #BD6A72 1px solid; BORDER-LEFT: #BD6A72 1px solid; BORDER-BOTTOM: #BD6A72 1px solid width:400px;} table.navigation, table.main, table.footer { /* the width of your blog with modules */ width: 400px; } #htmleditor { border : 1x solid #ffffff; } a:link{line-height: 9pt; font-family: trebuchet ms;font-weight:normal; color:#BD6A72; text-transform:none;font-size:9pt; cursor:crosshair;} a:active{font-family: trebuchet ms; color:#BD6A72; text-transform:none;font-size:9pt; cursor:crosshair;} a:visited{font-family: trebuchet ms; color:#BD6A72; text-transform:none;text-decoration:strikeout;font-size:9pt;cursor: crosshair;} A:hover {font-family:tahoma;color:#ffffff;text-transform: uppercase; cursor: crosshair; font-weight:bold;font-size:8pt}</style>
