It's...not that hard.
 Warm the pan on the stove top, spray non-stick cooking spray on the pan(butter works too), crack the eggs into the pan and scramble the eggs with a spatula. Pour some salt and pepper on if you want. When the eggs look semi-done(still a little runny/wet), turn the heat off and scramble them a bit more with just the heat of the pan to cook them.Beating your eggs and adding milk to them will make them fluffier/drier. If you like that, go ahead, but I like my eggs juicy. |
