okay so halloween is coming up and i want to dress up as a policewoman. buying a costume is so generic though. so im looking for ideas on how to make my own cop costume that would look cute but at the same time not waste loads of money. i already know the basics...a badge, handcuffs, hat, etc.. but i need ideas for what top and bottom to wear and anything else that would spice it up. IDEAS ANYONE?

My sister did this last year. Just get a normal blue button-up shirt (short- or 3-quarter-length sleeve), a pair of black shorts, black boots, maybe some fishnets if you feel like being slutty,... and that's pretty much it. =\
