how can I stop my weak stomach? |

okay. I have health in gym right now. I have a very weak stomach and in fifth grade in human growth and development I threw up in front of my class. I don't want this to happen again is there any way to stop me from getting a weak stomach? Or at least distract me from not throw up? Please help
