Do you believe that getting a full 8 hours of sleep is more important that studying more with your sleeping time?

What's more important, information retention or information quantity?

I hope a full 8 hours will help me tomorrow (I'm trying it out tonight), and I really hope this will boost my memory somewhat. Although I desperately need to study some more. sad.gif

Good night and wish me luck! :D

i believe that 30 minutes in the morning will help you more than 3 hours in the middle of the night could. i don't stay up really late studying because when i try, i realize that i don't even give a f**k and i'm not really understanding anything i'm trying to read anyway.

if i'm gonna be understudied then i'd at least rather be understudied and rested with a working brain.
