I go to work in 20 min and need to figure this out.
My manager's boss is coming to my shift and my manager told us "you don't need to dress business casual, just look nice." Do you think wearing jeans would be okay in this situation? (And don't move this to Fashion bc I need an answer NOW!) |

Business casual =/= jeans!!
Wear some dress pants and a pretty conservative top, doesn't have to be a button-down shirt or anything. I would probably wear some type of knit sweater on top, depending on the weather. As for shoes, as long as they're not sneakers or show any toes, it should be fine. Even if it was a casual enough environment to wear jeans, it's always a better idea to be overdressed than be too casual. |
