I'd turn this place into a police state. Insubordination will not be tolerated. Violators of my rules and policies will be subject to physical and psychological torture.

Also, I would probably put a security force in place so they could go to the homes of other site heads and extort them for money. Shakedowns. That would be pretty cool.

Then, we'd have a weekly gathering to debate on world events, social issues and the advantage that Linux has over other operating systems.

Everyone would be heavily involved in Japanese import tuning; with a strong focus on drifting and touge.

There would be an anime forum... wait... nevermind.

Bad music would not be permitted. Specifically; shitty pop music (to include mainstream rap). The staff can have meetings about site improvements while drinking cognac and listening to Miles Davis or J Dilla.

And to top it all off, we would have a VIP Forum that allowed us to exchange Rapidshare, Megaupload, etc links.
