If you could move to any major city (assuming you don't already reside in one), would your choice be heavily influenced by mass transit?

Atlanta public transit is terrible. The bus system here is actually a lot better than I expected (not great, but I probably shouldn't have bothered to buy a parking spot on campus), but I would definitely like to live in a city where I didn't have to drive.
