Any suggestions? I can't afford to go to a therapist or get a massage right now and it's really painful and uncomfortable. It's on/around my left shoulder blade.
I read somewhere that you can put a couple of tennis balls in a sock and sort slide your back on top of them (laying down). |

Maybe have your son walk across your back when you get home? I have girls do that for me, and it always works.

Maybe have your son walk across your back when you get home? I have girls do that for me, and it always works. That might work, just be careful. It's pretty risky having someone walk on your back who isn't trained, and the chance of them hurting one of your vertebrae or discs wouldn't be worth it. Maybe Iz can just try to massage your back? And as someone stated before, a heating pad works wonders for muscle pain. |
