I've been working on improving things about myself. So far I've been doing well on flaws that are known to me, and of course breaking bad habits and routines.

I feel like there are deeper, and underlying, issues that I fail to have a complete understanding of in my normal state.

PLR (past life regression) is believed to help people with current emotions that range from anger, anxiety, and to sex, as well as unresolved past-life experiences contributing to your current life's complex.

As I believe in reincarnation, in some instances, I've been wanting to learn a little more about PLR.

Your PLR is accessed through, either meditation, or hypnosis. You can do it with a friend, by yourself, or by a safe and more effective way - professional hypnotist.

Has anyone here ever experienced their own past life? Have you ever heard of anyone doing so?
Have you ever tried hypnotism?
Do other people have trouble concentration during meditation, as I do?

These are a couple of sites I found, in my interest, on the subject.
  • This website allows you to attempt PLR with a friend reading off of the screen.
  • Wiki Definition.
  • This site offers a way to try and unveil your past life on your own, and also offers more information on hypnotherapy.
Thoughts?

Well, I recall eating the brains of my foes from their skulls, like porridge from a bowl. I think that's a metaphor for the fragility of the life we're given, and if we do live multiple instances of them, they're connected by a very delicate strand. This can be interpreted as a criticism of capitalism because individualistic ideals interact with one another not through any mandatory oversight, but through competitive incentives. Our relationships, in this sense, are tentative and temporary, changing at whatever whim we deem will derive more personal gain, rather than for a collective or even greater motive. But now I just remembered I ate a lot of pizza before I went to sleep last night, so that was probably it.
