IE6and7 full screen   its fine but, if on small screen would be   help |

just a guess, but it looks like you just have the background positioned awkwardly. add this to your style sheet:
CODE body { background-position:top center; } if that doesn't work, it would probably be helpful if you provided some codes we could look at... |
