I've been best friends with this boy since I was about four, and now he says he wants to hangout in groups because he doesn't want people thinking the wrong idea. I also got the vibe that he thinks I want him. We don't really hangout as much as we used to, but we are the types that don't have to see each other in order to still be close. What should I do about this situation without ending our friendship?
Have you ever ended up dating a best friend of the opposite sex? |

i'm dating a best friend of the opposite sex. our parents have been best friends since we were 5, so we basically have too. we never dated for the first time until we were 17ish.
i don't think he should push you out or anything like that, but it is hard if you guys are just friends. people do always assume things about friends like that and that used to get to me becuase i didn't want girls i liked to think i was already taken. but yeah, like everyone else said, i don't know if you actually like him or not. |
