 Am I the only one that uses the program Paint.NET? I was looking for good programs free from the internet, and this one is AWESOME. Probably not as good as Photoshop, but it's pretty amazing for FREE.

Well Paint.net is alright.. To me the UI was confusing..
The only free program that I used was Photofiltre and the Photofiltre PRO, but then I got Photoshop.. |
