my laptop charger won't work.and last night i had to switch it to another outlet to get it to work.now last night my lil bro played it till 12pm this afternoon and im thinking its burned up. is it? i took it out the outlet from my brothers room then to my room and thats when the charger stoped working. what happen to it? and im still renting to buy the laptop at rentAcenter. i had a windows xp .thats the first laptop i got from them. i had 2 get it fixed SIX times cuz it always crashed. and i only been renting for 2yrs now.about 2yrs. and they gave me a vista.brand new.cuz i think they was tired of us.lol and they told my mom thats this the last laptop they gonna give us.Ok.well its not the laptop its the charger.so they still can fix it? right or replace it for free??they like my mom.(the one that got this laptop} shes a reguler costumer.so im pretty sure they can replace it.i hope.what you guys think? so am i still under warranty for paying for it and can they replace it for free? SORRY ..I DONT KNO WHICH FORUM THIS GOES INTO.... |

The only way to see if you are still under warranty is to call. Which it really doesn't matter, go to BestBuy and get a universal Laptop charger and tell them the model of your laptop. They will get you fixed.
Also, does your space bar work? |
