I was wondering how can I make something exactly like this for my layout? Except I would have a different background and a different background for the inside. Or if there is anyone in here willing to do it for me...it's a very simple background...please

changing the background within an html code is very simple,

copy the layout code and open up notepad,
paste it into notepad
on the bar, go to "edit" then choose "find"
type in "background-image:", you should see a url to an image a little bit after that. replace that url with what you want.
